Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon is seeking a Test Lead to manage testing efforts for software delivered by external partners and to define effective test strategies aligned with project goals.

You will mentor a team of testers, promote test automation, and ensure quality across all phases of the testing lifecycle while maintaining clear documentation. Hybrid work and international project exposure are part of the role.

Qualificações

• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and the SDLC/STLC.
• Experience with regression, exploratory, and UAT testing.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and tools like Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English.
