KCS IT in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Test Lead to drive testing strategy and quality assurance for multiple clients. The role requires coordinating testing teams, ensuring adherence to ISTQB principles, and working in an Agile environment. Fluency in French is mandatory, with a hybrid setup in Lisbon for local candidates.

We are looking for an Amazing: Test Lead

Seniority: Senior-level(7+ years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Testing and Quality Assurance activities;
• Solid experience building Test Strategies and Test Plans;
• Experience coordinating and managing testing teams;
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing methodologies and ISTQB principles;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Knowledge of Octane, JIRA and Confluence;
• Experience testing APIs and integrations;
• Knowledge of SQL language;
• Ability to identify, mitigate and monitor project risks;
• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills;
• Excellent communication and reporting capabilities;
• Fluency in French (mandatory);
• Ability to interact with international stakeholders.
