Job summary

Sonae Sierra, an international real estate company, is seeking a Temporary Financial Reporting & Business Analyst for its Lisbon offices. You will support monthly and quarterly financial and operational reporting, assist in management reporting and performance analysis, and contribute to budgeting cycles.

The role requires a Finance/Economics/Management degree with 2–3 years in financial reporting or business analysis, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and ideally Power BI know-how.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, audit, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the business analysis of monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports.
• Assist in management reporting and business performance analysis.
• Perform analytical variance analysis.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Maintain and update reporting files and dashboards.
• Provide support on ad-hoc financial/operational analysis requests.
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
