PPOAR is looking for a skilled Barista to join our Porto team on a temporary basis, with visa sponsorship provided. You will prepare beverages to customer preferences, maintain a clean and organized bar, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include handling cash, managing inventory, greeting customers, and adhering to health and safety guidelines while delivering consistent, high-quality drinks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of various coffee types, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
• Must have visa sponsorship or be eligible for temporary work authorization in Portugal.

Responsabilités

• Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to their preferences.
• Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders when needed.
