Your Role

Are you passionate about sales, wellness, and premium lifestyle solutions?

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Technogym Expert - Business Development Manager - in Portugal (ideally based in Lisbon) to join our fastest-growing and strategic segment – Home Consumer. This field-based role offers variety and the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a wide region growing our B2C business. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of products and solutions while building long-lasting relationships with customers and key prescriber’s network: architects, interior design studios and professionals and personal trainers.

Your Impact
  • Drive sales performance across HOME consumers and multi-channel opportunities, achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Showcase deep product knowledge to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Localize and sell Total Wellness solutions, customizing packages to meet unique market needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define local segment strategies, including campaigns, initiatives, and events.
  • Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones to generate business opportunities.
  • Engage architects, interior designers, personal trainers, and other third parties to create new business channels.
  • Maintain full compliance with CRM tools (Salesforce) and follow the Technogym Sales Methodology.
  • Collaborate with Retail and Inside Sales teams to facilitate a seamless omni-channel customer journey.
  • Consult with in-house design teams to create custom home gym layouts.
About You
  • Experience: 3–5+ years in B2C business development or premium consumer sales (fitness, wellness, or luxury products), with strong experience in lead generation, partnerships, and omnichannel growth. Key traits: autonomous, relationship-driven, tech-savvy, and aligned with the wellness and premium lifestyle values of Technogym.
  • Education: BA/BS in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Store operations tools (Salesforce, SAP).
  • Knowledge of english and portuguese is mandatory; spanish is a plus.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle.
