Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation for software and hardware products.
• Create user guides, online help, knowledge base articles, and release notes.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to gather and validate information.
• Participate in the full documentation lifecycle: requirements, planning, creation, review, publication, maintenance.
• Ensure content aligns with company standards and style guides.
