Critical TechWorks is seeking a visionary Technical Titan, one of our most unique roles. With a full-stack technical background and a servant leadership philosophy, this role is for those who wield influence and technology with equal prowess. Key Responsibilities

• Technical Strategy Development: Craft high-level technical strategies that anticipate future trends and create synergies across various technology domains.
• Engineering and Operations Excellence Advocacy: Disseminate and ensure adherence to our engineering delivery and operational principles across all product teams.
• Hands-on Leadership: Dive into coding when necessary, supporting teams with your expertise and ensuring you're the last to leave the ship in challenging times.
• Principle Evolution: Continuously refine our engineering principles, promoting excellence and adapting to evolving needs.
• Visionary Guidance: Provide foresight into technological advancements, steering the company's tech strategy and fostering innovation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams, promoting an environment of learning and growth, driving towards superior products and user satisfaction.

Technical Skills Required

• Software Development Expertise: 8+ years in software development, with a portfolio of designing scalable, high-performance enterprise architectures.
• Advanced Technological Knowledge: Proficiency in the technological ecosystem that fuels cutting-edge Enterprise and/or Automotive solutions.
• Architecture Acumen: Strong understanding of modern architecture concepts and a desire to stay ahead of the curve in tech developments.

CTW's Daily Toolkit

• Agile Implementation: Embrace agile and its implementation frameworks namely Scrum, to make the most out of all its events and work to keep evolving a high-performing team.
• Cross-Functional Team Member: Be available to be a cross-functional team member by using and developing new skills and enabling a fully responsible team able to cover the whole product lifecycle.
• Standard Software Engineering Practices: Use standard software engineering practices and tools like version control, IDEs, data dashboards, to manage and keep a systematic and organized development process.
• DevOps Quality Practices: Use state of the art DevOps quality practices and tools such as Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to build, analyze, perform automated testing and deployment processes, to ensure a streamlined and reliable development workflow.
• Software Operation: Run and operate developed software inside and outside working hours if needed, to provide high quality software services (extra compensation will be applicable).
• Travel Availability: Be available to travel abroad for short periods, as required to support all the phases of the product development cycle when needed.
• Language Skills: Have excellent English oral and written skills. German communication skills will be a plus.
