Salary: 19,738 € gross per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (full-time, 39h/week)

About The Role

We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our support team in La Coruña.

In this role, you will help customers solve technical issues, provide guidance, and deliver a high-quality support experience in a professional and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers on products
  • Diagnose and resolve software and configuration issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle customer inquiries with empathy, patience, and clarity.
  • Use critical and logical thinking to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex cases when necessary.
Requirements
  • Native Portuguese and advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Training or professional experience in IT technologies, especially Cloud solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • A customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to different user needs.
