Lever, Inc. in Portugal seeks a Technical Project Manager to organize and drive delivery of a smart productivity hardware product. You will work with product, engineering, design, and operations to turn ideas into clear plans and actionable tasks.

You will own coordination across multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, deadlines, blockers, and decisions. The role blends Agile delivery, technical coordination, and documentation in a global team setting including vendors and contractors.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Technical Project Management within a tech product company.
• Experience in a product/engineering org, not just administrative work.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum with sprint execution.
• Experience taking projects from scoping to release.
• Ability to write requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, tasks.
• Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with vendors/contractors/operational teams.
• Understanding of SDLC from requirements to release.
• Basic understanding hardware/firmware/mobile/backend interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, confident leading meetings.
• Self-driven, proactive, resolve organizational delivery challenges.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher; global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Organize sprint work, including planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Translate product requirements into clear, actionable tasks for engineering and design.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and agreements across project participants.
• Maintain accurate backlogs, roadmaps, project documentation, and task statuses.
• Document product and technical decisions, requirements, meeting outcomes, and agreed next steps.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations.
• Run regular team syncs and follow up to ensure decisions are translated into execution.
• Support changes in requirements by assessing their potential impact on scope, timelines, and delivery.
• Coordinate operational matters involving vendors, contractors, legal, finance, and other external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and elevate issues that could affect timelines, quality, or product outcomes.
