AXA Group is seeking a Technical Lead to own the engineering and administration of the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. You will act as the subject matter expert for platform engineering, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions across a multi-tenant ecosystem.

You will support AXA entities globally, advise on technical use cases, and work on product evolution topics, liaising with Microsoft support as needed. A strong focus on governance, security, and architecture is required.

Qualificações

• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience in platform engineering and administration of Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Connectivity and security: data gateways, service principals, VPNs.
• Automation and scripting using PowerShell.
• Governance, security and compliance standards.
• Multi-tenant environments in large organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Engineering & Administration.
• Own and manage Power Platform Admin Center settings, environments, and features.
• Implement and maintain ALM strategies for Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Configure and manage data gateways, service principals, and VPNs for secure connectivity.
• Utilize PowerShell for automation, environment management, and advanced administrative tasks.
• Serve as the go-to expert for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 engineering topics.
• Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Provide guidance on architecture, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Support Power Platform solutions and the broader ecosystem (Dataverse, Canvas App, Model-Driven Apps, Flows, etc.).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.
• Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders as required.
• Ensure consistent configuration and compliance across global environments.
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap and emerging technologies.
• Recommend enhancements and drive adoption of new features
