Sysmatch is seeking a Technical Lead (General) for a hybrid role in Lisbon. The candidate should have up to 15 years of experience with relevant technologies and a strong background in SAP PM and SAP PPM modules, plus energy sector knowledge.

You will design complex technical solutions, manage technical debt, and produce comprehensive technical documentation, while collaborating with global teams and adhering to GDPR standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and with global teams.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence (preferred).
• Spanish language skills are mandatory.

• Manage and maintain the Technical Debt backlog.
• Produce and maintain application technical documentation.
