Noesis is seeking data and AI professionals to design and optimize data pipelines, APIs, and GenAI solutions in a global, multilingual environment.

You will work with Python, PySpark, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory to build scalable ML workflows, ensure governance, and deploy GenAI applications, collaborating across cross-functional teams.

This role demands strong problem-solving, communication, and the ability to operate in a multicultural setting.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Python in Data Engineering or AI environments.
• Solid hands‑on expertise in Databricks, Azure Data Factory, GenAI APIs, and vector databases.
• Fluent English and Portuguese skills (written and spoken), with Spanish being highly valued.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to operate effectively within global and multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking mindset, focused on troubleshooting, code quality, and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Program, optimize, and maintain advanced code architectures utilizing Python, PySpark, and Databricks ecosystems.
• Design and manage robust data and Machine Learning pipelines within Microsoft Azure, ensuring data governance and security.
• Deploy and support productive GenAI applications, utilizing OpenAI APIs, RAG solutions, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse).
• Oversee database modeling, develop REST APIs, and implement DevOps practices using GitHub and automated testing (pytest, SonarQube).
