Fyld is hiring a Technical Functional Analyst who will bridge business requirements with software development. The role requires strong analytical skills and a solid technical background to understand integrations, APIs and data flows.

You will collaborate with development, QA and infrastructure teams to ensure robust solutions and comprehensive documentation. English fluency is essential for this Lisbon-area role, with opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Functional Analyst or similar roles.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting functional and technical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP) and SOA.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML and CSV.
• Experience with system integration projects and distributed applications.
• Ability to collaborate with development, QA and infrastructure teams.
• Experience documenting with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Experience supporting functional, integration and UAT testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms is valued; scripting knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in English.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience as a Technical Functional Analyst or in similar roles
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting both functional and technical requirements
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP) and service-oriented architectures
• Experience with SQL and relational databases for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML and CSV
• Experience working with system integration projects and distributed application environments
• Ability to collaborate closely with software development, QA and infrastructure teams
• Experience producing functional and technical documentation using Jira, Confluence or similar tools
• Experience supporting functional, integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Enterprise Integration, ERP or CRM platforms is valued
• Previous programming experience or knowledge of scripting languages is a plus
• Fluency in English
