Voodoo is seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead the creation of a new puzzle game studio. You will design the technical foundations, oversee the end-to-end build, and drive scalable engineering practices while collaborating with product leadership on the roadmap and launches.

You will balance hands-on coding with leadership, recruit and mentor engineers, and help shape strategy for a studio aiming to entertain millions with new hit games.

Qualificações

• 3+ years as Technical Director or Lead on casual games.
• 5+ years professional Unity experience.
• Proven track record in top-tier mobile casual games (new and live).
• Experience in growing and leading engineering teams.
• Creative, innovative, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the General Manager to structure, recruit, and onboard the technical team.
• Define technical foundations for a new puzzle game from prototype to worldwide launch (switcher engine, level editor, live ops).
• Establish engineering craft practices, rituals, and collaboration processes.
• Develop long-term technical strategy ensuring scalability for team and game, aligned with product studio strategy.
• Collaborate with product leadership on roadmap, rollouts, and adoption strategies.
• Engage in hands-on coding when needed, delivering new features and iterating from player feedback.
