Zühlke Group in Porto is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead software delivery programs in our HVAC digital initiatives. You will own PI/sprint planning, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure timely value delivery across multi‑team roadmaps.

You bring 5+ years of agile delivery experience, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and a collaborative, customer‑facing mindset. The role offers flexible hours, remote work options, and a pathway to grow within a global engineering leader.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years leading software delivery, project management, or release management in agile environments.
• Delivery & Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe with multi‑team roadmaps.
• Release & Deployment Coordination: Managing release pipelines, multi‑platform deployments, hotfix workflows.
• Risk & Stakeholder Management: Identify risks early and align stakeholders and engineers on priorities.
• Tooling & Reporting: Proficiency in Jira/Confluence and data‑driven reporting of velocity and flow.
• Communication: Fluent in English with facilitation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Nice‑to‑haves: Scrum Master or Agile Leadership certs; mobile/IoT delivery experience.

How You'll Make Impact

• Delivery Predictability & Cadence: You will own Program Increment and sprint delivery planning, driving team velocity, execution predictability, and overall delivery efficiency, working closely with the Mobile Tech lead.
• Metrics & Reporting: You will measure, track, and report on key delivery flow metrics, story completion, on-time delivery, and team burndown to ensure transparent progress tracking.
• Release & Deployment Management: You will coordinate release readiness across functional teams, manage platform dependencies, coordinate hotfix processes, and orchestrate deployments alongside DevOps.
• Risk & Blocker Mitigation: You will proactively identify critical path dependencies, track open issues, and lead early risk escalation and mitigation strategies across the squad.
• Agile Process Excellence: You will facilitate sprint cycles, daily standups, and retrospective cadence in close collaboration with the Scrum Master, continuously refining delivery workflows and process improvements.

What Is Important To Us

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience leading software delivery, project management, or release management in agile software development environments.
• Delivery & Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with a proven track record of managing sprint cadences, delivery metrics, and working effectively within an environment of multi-team roadmaps.
• Release & Deployment Coordination: Practical experience managing release pipelines, multi-platform deployment schedules, and hotfix workflows in complex technical environments.
• Risk & Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to identify delivery risks early, articulate impacts clearly, and align business stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering leads on priorities. Experience managing client relationships and navigating stakeholder discussions in complex delivery environments is highly valued
• Tooling & Reporting: Proficiency in modern project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and data-driven reporting of velocity, flow metrics, and capacity planning.
• Communication: Fluent in English with outstanding facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Nice-to-haves:
  • Scrum Master or Agile Leadership certification (e.g., PSM, CSM, SAFe APM).
  • Prior experience managing delivery for mobile or IoT-integrated software projects.
