KCS IT, based in Lisbon, is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a hybrid team. The role focuses on production support for payment applications, issue analysis, and automation, with opportunities across multiple projects and tech stacks.

The ideal candidate has strong Java/J2EE knowledge, experience with monitoring, testing, automation, and ITIL processes, and a good command of English. Hybrid work is available in Lisbon, with diverse project exposure.

• Good understanding of ITIL and production management processes.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production support for the payment application scope.
• Analyze technical issues and identify root causes.
• Develop recovery scripts and programs to support operational procedures.
• Perform acceptance testing and support functional and technical validation.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium.
• Support application deployments and releases using XL Deploy, XL Release, and Jenkins.
