We are looking for a Tech Sales Representative who will be the perfect bridge between our product and the technical needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers - both private and professional - via phone and written communication to find the right parts;
  • Register new customers and process orders efficiently;
  • Ensure all customer requests are fulfilled, providing timely updates on order status;
  • Offer clear information on logistics, after-sales procedures, and any related inquiries.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and follow up to ensure a great experience.
  • Internal Training - Be the team's "Subject Matter Expert".
  • Develop and deliver technical training sessions (mechanics, electronics, parts identification) to the Sales team, increasing their confidence and knowledge.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical roles within the automotive sector (e.g., Mechanic, Mechatronic Technician, Parts Technician/Estimator, Automotive After-Sales);
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
  • Fluency in French or Spanish (is a plus);
  • Strong customer orientation; Planning and organization skills;
  • Domain of computer tools.
