A Oak'S Lab, em Portugal, procura um Tech Lead experiente para assumir o desenvolvimento técnico de múltiplos produtos. Você liderará uma equipe pequena de engenheiros e colaborará com líderes de produto e design para moldar a arquitetura e a entrega.

Você atuará hands-on, orientando decisões tecnológicas, mentorando a equipa e assegurando o alinhamento com metas de negócio. Uma mentalidade forte em IA e fluência em inglês são requisitos para influenciar startups ambiciosas.

Qualificações

• Experiência comprovada como Tech Lead ou similar.
• Capacidade de mentorar equipes de engenharia.
• Mentalidade de IA e fluência em inglês são exigências.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar a equipe de engenheiros e orientar decisões técnicas.
• Colaborar com equipes de produto e design para moldar arquitetura e entrega.
• Conduzir decisões de tecnologia com foco em IA e escalabilidade.
