Devoteam Cyber Trust in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Tech Lead — Network Security Engineer to drive software development and automation for the banking sector. You will lead projects, mentor engineers, and shape the technical roadmap.

You will build REST API integrations with security solutions, develop internal Python/Django tools, and set quality standards for testing and architecture while advancing automation across network operations.

Qualificações

• Strong Python development experience with Django.
• Proven expertise building REST APIs and integration.
• Solid foundation in networking and security concepts.
• Experience with automation, testing, and code quality.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and IaC is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software development strategy and automation roadmap for the Network Security team.
• Build integrations using REST APIs from security solutions.
• Develop internal tools and automation dashboards on the Python stack (Django).
• Establish testing guidelines, development practices, and clean architecture standards.
• Drive operational automation to reduce manual network security tasks.
