Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, invites applications for an IT Tech Lead - .NET / Cloud in Porto, Portugal. You will act as the technical lead for complex .NET projects, ensuring delivery, quality, scalability and technical excellence.

You'll mentor developers, drive cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), implement CI/CD, and collaborate with Product Owners to align technical solutions with business needs and delivery timelines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in software development with 5+ years on .NET.
• Experience as Technical Lead or mentor within a dev team.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Microservices design patterns and Docker/Kubernetes experience.
• CI/CD, Git, IaC, and DevOps practices knowledge.
• Frontend experience with React.js or Angular is a plus.
• English fluency, strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical lead for complex .NET projects and ensure delivery.
• Lead the technical execution of a squad or cross-functional team.
• Provide hands-on guidance, mentoring developers and resolving blockers.
• Design and implement scalable, cost-efficient cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align tech with business needs.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and promote high development standards.
• Identify technical debt and improvement opportunities.
• Support timely resolution of client issues and SLA compliance.
• Promote best practices across Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud.
• Participate in knowledge sharing, onboarding and development.
