A CloudCockpit, plataforma SaaS B2B, busca um líder de engenharia para conduzir equipes de desenvolvimento na stack Microsoft (.NET/C#) em Lisboa. O papel envolve orientaçao técnica, desenho de arquitetura e entrega de funcionalidades críticas com foco em qualidade, escalabilidade e DevOps.

Responsável por guiar o roadmap técnico, balanceando investimento técnico com prioridades de produto, mantendo padrões elevados de desempenho e confiabilidade, e promovendo uma cultura de melhoria contínua.

Qualificações

• Mais de 5 anos de experiência profissional em desenvolvimento de software, com foco no ecossistema Microsoft (.NET, C#).
• Mais de 2 anos em funções de liderança técnica (Tech Lead, Engenheiro Sênior com responsabilidades de liderança).
• Experiência em desenhar e entregar soluções de software complexas, escaláveis e confiáveis, preferencialmente em SaaS.
• Experiência na execução de roadmap técnico, com entregas dentro do prazo e alta qualidade.
• Capacidade de comunicar e colaborar com o Product Manager para traduzir necessidades em soluções técnicas de valor.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de engenharia, promovendo excelência técnica, colaboração e aprendizado contínuo.
• Definir e gerenciar a arquitetura de alto nível da plataforma CloudCockpit (.NET), assegurando escalabilidade, segurança e mantenibilidade.
• Contribuir ativamente no desenvolvimento, especialmente em recursos críticos e complexos, com foco em qualidade de código, testes e DevOps.
• Colaborar com o Product Manager para traduzir necessidades de usuários em soluções técnicas eficazes.
• Garantir a qualidade, desempenho e confiabilidade dos entregáveis da equipe e resolver questões técnicas complexas.
• Conduzir esforços de design de sistema definindo uma arquitetura sustentável alinhada com necessidades de produto e negócio.
• Traduzir decisões técnicas em valor de negócio, otimizando custos de desenvolvimento.

• Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of the team’s deliverables. Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Lead system design efforts by defining a sustainable architecture aligned with long‑term product and business needs.
• Ensure technical decisions are translated into business value, promoting development cost efficiency and continuously balancing technical investment with product priorities.

Principais responsabilidades

• More than 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on the Microsoft ecosystem (.NET, C#).
• More than 2 years in technical leadership roles (Tech Lead, Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities, or equivalent), guiding and developing engineering teams.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, scalable, and reliable software solutions, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Experience executing the technical roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
• Experience in managing and mitigating technical debt.
• Daily use of AI at work (system design, coding, feature delivery).
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and Portuguese.
• Technical Skills – Advanced knowledge of .NET and C#. Experience with SQL Server (data modeling, optimization, and queries).
• Knowledge of frontend development. Solid understanding and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services to develop and operate the platform at global scale.
• Experience with Power BI development or integration is a plus.
• Familiarity with Domain‑Driven Design and modern software development patterns; experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Leadership & Soft Skills – Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
