Inetum2 in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an experienced Lead Developer / Tech Lead to own the squad's technical leadership, ensure solution quality, and advance development best practices while driving architectural improvements.

You will mentor engineers, promote CI/CD, code reviews, and alignment with the target architecture in an Agile, international team. The role is hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote) with the workplace at Parque das Nações, Lisboa.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in lead/developer roles with hands-on leadership.
• Strong Java (8/17/21), Spring Boot, REST API, and front-end tech.
• Experience with Agile environments and mentoring teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to the squad and enforce best practices.
• Ensure design quality of user stories, features, and non-functional requirements.
• Align work with target architecture and guidelines.
• Promote CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Reduce technical debt via enablers and optimization actions.
• Maintain documentation and mentor team members.
