• Proven experience with Excel (including VBA).
• Proven experience with SQL.
• Practical experience in Software Testing.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL 4.
• Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in ALM-Octane.
• Practical experience with Gherkin and BDD.
• Optional knowledge of .NET, SQL, and Microsoft Visio.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilidades
