The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the car rental industry and strong customer service skills, along with the ability to motivate and lead a team. This full-time position offers a fixed salary with performance-based incentives.

  • Experience as coordinator of another operator is valued.
  • Knowledge of operational details pertaining to vehicle incidents.

  • Ensure provision of subcontracted services.
  • Encourage cross-selling of services within the team.
  • Assist customers in operational management.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere and employee engagement.
  • Report to the Branch Manager on operations and results.

Our head office is located in Alicante (Spain) and we have offices in the most popular tourist destinations in Southern Europe and Mediterranean coast: Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece and the Greek islands.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and energetic Team Leader for our office at Porto Airport.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the operations daily work of the office.
  • Ensure the correct provision of subcontracted service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc.).
  • Enhance the cross-selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc.) both personally and encouraging the team to get them.
  • Assist the customers in operational management (it is considered one more person in the office when organizing schedules).
  • Ensure the good atmosphere and work environment among employees. Enable their professional development and their level of commitment.
  • Report to the Branch Manager on the operation, results, incidents and receive the necessary guidelines.
Minimum requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Rent a Car business.
  • Experience as coordinator of another operator will be valued.
  • It is important the knowledge of the field to understand the details of operation: type of incidents with vehicles, cross-selling system, etc.
  • Commercial vocation and customer orientation.
  • Advanced level of Office Automation.

Fluent English. Other languages will be valued.
