Eurofins SSC Leadership Team in Braga, Portugal, invites an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a dedicated team and ensure service delivery in line with SLAs and quality standards.

You will monitor performance against KPIs, provide coaching and performance reviews, drive process improvements, and collaborate with multiple departments in a hybrid work model offering international exposure and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Experience leading AR teams in a BPO/SSC environment.
• Experience managing performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Master's degree in business/finance/accounting or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an accounts receivable team to ensure service delivery in accordance with SLAs and quality standards.
• Monitor and report the team and process performance against agreed objectives and KPIs.
• Provide prompt and objective coaching in accomplishing goals, conduct performance reviews, be actively involved in recognition and employee development strategies.
• Identify inefficiencies in the process and participate in /drive process improvement projects.
• Implement continuous improvement culture within the team.
• Cooperate with various Eurofins departments and stakeholder management.
• Create friendly working environment which will attract and retain talents.
• Support the Transition projects and all other duties as needed or required per business requirement.

• Experience in managing teams in BPO/SSC environment, preferably in the Accounts Receivable area.
• Experience in managing performance against Service Level Agreements.
• Experience in managing relationships with customers (internal or external).
• Openness to change, continuous improvement mindset, proactive in problem-solving.
• Flexibility and ability to balance a variety of tasks and priorities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills.
• High level of energy, drive, and passion.
• Master's degree in business/finance/accounting or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (AX) will be an asset
