PKF-VMB Belgium is seeking a qualified professional to lead Dynamics CRM development teams in Lisbon. The role requires managing project implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, strong planning and communication skills, and fluency in English. This hybrid role offers a flexible benefits package and a commitment to personal development.

What you need to join us:

Required Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM project implementations;
• Proven experience in team leadership or technical management;
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills;
• Solid technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM), integrations, and customizations;
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps).
• Proactive mindset and strong leadership presence.
