We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Braga, Portugal. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure high-quality work and achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the team
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor their progress
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
• Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their job duties effectively
