Responsibilities

• Leading Strategic Implementation: Structure and lead the implementation of the Pillar 2 compliance project through dedicated workstreams;
• Innovative Project Design: Develop and execute pilot projects to foster a hands-on learning environment;
• Empowering Leadership: Oversee and support your team, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes;
• Effective Communication: Organize and lead regular meetings, monitoring progress and tackling challenges head-on;
• Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and contribute to defining training scope and content for optimal team performance;
• Deadline Management: Track progress and maintain alignment with countries identified as early adopters, ensuring strategic readiness;
• Process Optimization: Drive automation initiatives to streamline Pillar 2 processes, enhancing efficiency.

Your Profile

• Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Accounting, Taxation, or related fields;
• Experience: Over 4 years in relevant roles;
• Proactive Mindset: Critical thinking, autonomy, and proactive responsibility are essential;
• Global Communication Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Team Leadership: Proven experience managing teams effectively;
