As ourTalent Specialist – Learning & Development, you will help bring our Talent Strategy to life and empower every colleague to thrive. You’ll lead core areas that shape our future:
Implement and monitor the Belron Group’s Talent Management framework across the employee journey.
Lead performance management cycles, aligning feedback, development and progression.
Promote a culture of continuous feedback and meaningful goals.
Identify learning needs and deliver training plans aligned with strategic goals.
Manage full-cycle training – from design to follow-up – combining technical and behavioural skills.
Ensure compliance and certification standards.
Collaborate with our Technical Team to deliver technical training initiatives.
Drive Talent and People Review processes, identifying high-potential talent.
Roll out leadership programmes for all levels – emerging to senior.
Keep our succession plans strong and future-ready.

Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field
3+ years of HR Development experience (mandatory)
