A leading managed WordPress hosting company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience in a remote-first environment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing full-cycle recruitment activities at Kinsta. This role operates independently, partnering with hiring managers across teams to deliver effective, timely, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
We are looking for someone who can work across both technical and non-technical roles in multiple departments, ensuring consistent hiring standards and an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll own the recruitment process end to end - from job definition to offer acceptance - within a company that values ownership, quality, and collaboration.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
