Decskill is seeking a Tableau Developer to design and deliver dashboards and data solutions. The role emphasizes collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights across large datasets.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of Tableau experience, strong SQL, and Python (Pandas), with CI/CD exposure and excellent communication. This position offers long-term growth in an international IT consulting environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of professional Tableau Developer experience.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills with DBMS such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with ETL processes and data engineering.
• Professional experience with Python, particularly Pandas.
• Experience with CI/CD and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Power BI as a supplementary tool.
• Excellent communication and ability to present insights to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
• Work with large datasets, perform data cleansing, and optimize data queries for performance.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to help users leverage Tableau dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Monitor and improve the performance of existing dashboards.
• Maintain documentation of dashboards, reports, and data sources.
• Keep up to date with Tableau features and best practices.
• Collaborate across data processing activities including Data Feeds, ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Visualization.
• Contribute to data solutions using Python and SQL, with final products delivered via Tableau, APIs, and chatbots.
