A customer service company in Portugal is seeking a Swedish and Finnish speaking Customer Support Advisor. The role involves managing breakdown cases across Europe and requires strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and the flexibility to work 24/7 shifts. The company supports relocation and offers various benefits including a meal card and shift allowances.

About you:
You are an outgoing person who enjoys communicating with people and working in a team. You know how to prioritize tasks and have great time-management. The role is 24/7 so you will need to be available to work also in evening and night shifts, as well as weekends. You will have the chance to work 50% remotely. Benefits include 13th month salary, a meal card, shift allowance (for evening/night and weekend shifts), transport allowance etc. If you move from abroad, the company will support with relocation by covering the accommodation for the first month.
