Qualificações

• Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in a corporate sustainability role with stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of CSRD and regulatory frameworks is essential.
• Strong ability to set and track KPIs and analyze data to meet sustainability goals.

Responsabilidades

• Drive establishment and development of sustainability frameworks within newly acquired companies, guiding with local management.
• Coordinate implementation of sustainability policies and KPI tracking, ensuring timely supporting measures.
• Oversee legal requirements and sustainability trends, including customer requirements and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Pioneer circular economy focus by identifying high-potential projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead sustainable product design initiatives with R&D and Procurement to enhance portfolio sustainability.
