Responsabilidades

• Ведет и координирует проекты от начала до конца, соблюдая цели бизнеса и процессы управления.
• Разрабатывает техническую архитектуру решений для production-сред и поддерживает их в эксплуатацию.
• Согласует работу технических команд и стейкхолдеров на протяжении всего цикла проекта.
• Участвует в инициативax Cloud, DevOps, модернизации инфраструктуры и жизненного цикла приложений.
• Управляет управленческими процессами, отчетностью и бюджетами, следит за рисками и комитетами.
• Обеспечивает операционную готовность и передачу знаний на production support.
• Определяет и валидирует SLA, KPI и процессы эксплуатации.
• Участвует в утилизации устаревших активов и оптимизации затрат.
• Сотрудничает с участниками в международной среде, участвует в критичных развёртываниях.
• Возможно выполнение работ за пределами рабочего времени.

Strong experience in Application Production Support and IT project delivery Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies Hands-on experience with Cloud environments and Infrastructure as Code concepts Monitoring and observability expertise using tools such as Dynatrace Strong understanding of production environments, application deployment, and operational resilience Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Risk management, project planning, and governance capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Expert-level experience in Application Production Support, Production Engineering, or similar roles Experience with monitoring tools, particularly Dynatrace Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) or equivalent practical Cloud project experience Experience with Infrastructure as Code approaches Knowledge of WebSphere, Autosys, and CFT file transfer solutions Strong understanding of IT governance, project methodologies, and production support frameworks Experience working in complex and international environments Fluent English, both written and spoken
