• 1-2 years of L1 and L2 support experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Fluent in English.

THE JOB

We are looking for a TechTalent to perform duties as an Olympic Core Banking Support Analyst for a national project.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of overall IT experience;
• 2+ years of in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange);
• With good knowledge on general ledger and general accounting schemes of financial products;
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as first & second-line (L1 and L2 support);
• AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills;
• Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis;
• Familiar with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA;
• Knowledge of Olympic / Midas;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
