YOUR MISSION

As an SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant, you will work with a global team contributing to innovative technological solutions for Jerónimo Martins HR ecosystem, by partnering with different vendors and developing projects. This role will be part of a team responsible for architecting and evolving our HR Digital landscape.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Work in a global team with the responsibility for developing and maintaining SAP Successfactors Employee Central Module
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues in SuccessFactors Employee Central Module
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues of Integration within SuccessFactors Modules and other 3rd Party systems (e.g., SF Onboarding, Payroll, Time Management etc)
  • Implement new functionality to meet business requirements, managing SuccessFactors system releases.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Have a degree in IT or equivalent professional experience in similar roles
  • Have configuration experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (hold certification or proven experience)
  • Have experience with Benefits and Time Off sub-modules of SuccessFactors Employee Central (is a plus)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Are knowledgeable of HR processes and concepts in a multinational environment
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Thrive in an agile environment and can adapt to change;
  • Passionate for learning, innovation, and organizational development. Proactive, and can pick up skills/abilities at speed;
  • Communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Experience in retail industry (preferential)
