A global facilities services company is seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant in Porto to support customers by interpreting HR IT landscapes and resolving incidents. The ideal candidate has a fundamental understanding of the Hire-to-Retire process in SAP SuccessFactors, accreditation in Employee Central, and experience with incident management tools like Jira. Responsabilidades

  • Support customers by interpreting HR IT landscapes and resolving incidents.
  • Conduct initial diagnosis and validate relevance of requests.
  • Work with unassigned cases in Jira and provide necessary information.
  • Resolve simple locked workflow issues in Employee Central.
  • Perform regression testing on resolved incidents.

SuccessFactors Consultant – you will support our customers by interpreting HR IT landscapes, resolving incidents, and improving solution adoption within SuccessFactors.

What you will do
  • Participate in incident and problem solving requested from end users.
  • Conduct initial diagnosis, validate relevance and determine whether it is IT or process related.
  • Ensure all information needed for Level 2 is available before dispatching.
  • Work with unassigned cases in Jira: reassign, dispatch and comment as required.
  • Provide “how to” guides to customers when a resolution is known.
  • Resolve simple locked workflow issues in Employee Central.
  • Explain main data flows in the HR IT system landscape to end users.
  • Perform regression testing on resolved incidents by Level 2 and Level 3 support.
  • Update FAQ, knowledge articles and workbooks as needed.

  • SuccessFactors Accreditation (SFX) for Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruiting Management.
  • Experience with incident management tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Comfortable expert user of common office tools and technologies such as WebEx, Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a geographically dispersed international team.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Ability to resolve incidents in a timely manner.
