Job Description

Cross Border Talents is recruiting for a Streaming Platform Advisor for the Italian Market to work remotely in Portugal.

Position: Streaming Platform Advisor

Location: Remote

Contract Type: 6 months contract (opportunity of renewal)

Starting Date: 31 July 2024

Shifts:

  • Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays)
  • 07:00 AM - 09:00 PM (8 hours per day in rotational shifts)
  • 2 Days Off: rotational days

Compensation and Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Italian (C2) + English (B2)
  • Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
  • Internet with fiber
  • High School Diploma (mandatory)
  • EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card/permit (mandatory)
  • Availability to work in shifts (mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambassador.
  • The right person for this role is enthusiastic at addressing our client's customers' needs aiming to provide an excellent service.
  • Assist viewers through phone, chat and emails regarding different queries.
  • Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting system configurations, and network settings.
  • Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer's inquiries.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
