Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to lead global initiatives with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution.

You will tackle fast-moving challenges, design scalable processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver improved outcomes for customers. The role focuses on owning end-to-end projects, leveraging data to justify decisions, and driving impact in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualificações

• 2:1 degree from a top university is required.
• 1–5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
• Ability to break complex problems down into actionable tasks.
• Experience using data to justify your work and proposed solutions.
• Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact.

About our Hiring Sprint

We've compressed our usual hiring process into a single fast‑track. After submitting an application, a recruiter will reach out to selected candidates and explain the next steps.

If successful, you'll be invited to the Hiring Sprint on 22 September: Problem Solving, Bar Raiser, and Team Fit interviews in one day. Successful candidates will receive an offer within 24 hours.

What you'll need

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university

• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end

Nice to have

• Experience coding with SQL, Python, R, or Gen AI
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or fintech

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN14,200 - PLN20,000 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN14,200 - PLN20,000 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
