Revolut Ltd. is launching its Graduate Programme 2027 for Technology Services Specialists (IT Systems Engineer). The 12‑month programme trains graduates to support IT systems, automate endpoints, and improve internal tools while gaining hands‑on experience across global offices.

Top performers may receive a full‑time offer during or after the programme. Applicants should be open to relocating to Revolut tech hubs, with visa support and travel costs provided.

Qualificações

• Predicted or achieved 2:1 degree or equivalent
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/SE/Cybersecurity or STEM
• Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• Experience scripting or programming (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
• Strong problem-solving and curiosity to learn new technologies
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to a Revolut tech hub and to work in a hybrid setup

Responsabilidades

• Support management and automation of enterprise device platforms (macOS/Windows/ChromeOS/mobile)
• Deploy software, configure devices, and improve onboarding
• Monitor device health, security and compliance across the global fleet
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate to resolve endpoint challenges
• Develop scripts and automation to streamline IT operations
• Support security initiatives and maintain device standards
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to build scalable tech solutions

About the role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the tools that power our global teams, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We’re looking for Technology Services Specialist Graduates to support IT systems, solve technical issues, improve internal tools, and help our Revoluters work efficiently across global offices.

Join us from anywhere

The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

• Recruitment process: July–December 2026
• Programme start: early 2027 (January–June) or late 2027 (July–December)

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the management and automation of enterprise device platforms across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and mobile devices
• Helping to deploy software, configure devices, and improve the employee onboarding experience
• Monitoring device health, security, and compliance, and supporting improvements across the global fleet
• Troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with teams to resolve endpoint and systems challenges
• Developing scripts and automation to streamline IT operations and improve internal processes
• Supporting security initiatives by helping maintain device standards and best practices
• Working with experienced engineers to build scalable solutions that improve the technology experience for employees around the world

What you’ll need

• A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree, or equivalent grade
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, cybersecurity, or another relevant STEM subject
• To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• A passion for IT systems, endpoint management, automation, or enterprise technology
• Experience scripting or programming through coursework, projects, or internships (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar)
• Solid problem‑solving skills and curiosity to learn new technologies
• A proactive, ambitious, and results‑driven mindset
• Fluency in English
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Confidence working in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment
• Full‑time availability from early or late 2027
• The ability to travel to a Revolut office in your country of employment
• A willingness to attend the office at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN8,800 - PLN8,800 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN8,800 - PLN8,800 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
