Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven individual with a solid foundation in business strategy and Operations. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to assist in strategic planning, improving operational efficiency, and the preparation of presentations for executive leadership. You will also support the leadership with various program management activities to drive execution of critical projects. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and proactive problem solver, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze business data, identify trends, and develop reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Presentation Creation: Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate key strategic insights, and business performance updates to senior management.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Head of Integration & Strategy to support the development and execution of short-term and long-term strategic plans.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Support: Provide business intelligence and data-driven recommendations to support business challenges and growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration including project management: Collaborate with other departments (finance, marketing, operations) to gather relevant data and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree in business, strategy, finance, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • 2-4 years of industry experience (preferably sectors – industrials/technology/healthcare/finance
  • Preferable prior experience in strategy, management consulting, or business analysis.

Skillset and Competency Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Ability to identify operational problems and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Business-oriented mindset with a focus on results and performance outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-expert stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and PowerPoint (creating impactful, visually appealing presentations).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
