Nokia is seeking a Business Security Partner for the Business Functions to lead enterprise security governance, drive risk reduction, and align security with business objectives across functions. The role collaborates with senior leaders to translate security requirements into strategic decisions and ensures regulatory compliance and effective incident management.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field is required.
• Proven leadership and governance experience in information security.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain governance structures and operating models for Information Security within assigned BS/BFs.
• Define and nominate Information Security roles and responsibilities across the business.
• Facilitate interworking channels and governance forums with BS/BF leadership to reduce risk.
• Create awareness of security risks, threats, and required controls among BS/BF teams.
• Provide regular updates on incidents, threats, posture, and security developments to BS/BF management.
• Align BS/BF priorities with Nokia Information Security priorities and initiatives.
• Communicate Nokia's security strategy and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Monitor and co-steer security roadmaps, controls, and remediation programs.
• Provide executive-level reporting on risks, posture, metrics, and KPIs across domains.
• Escalate significant risks and compliance concerns to leadership as appropriate.
• Advise on security investments, budgets, and resource needs for security programs.
• Support audits and communicate potential weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
• Drive remediation and continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings.
• Promote a strong security culture and embed security into business planning and decisions.
