Galp is seeking an M&A Analyst to join the Strategy, Portfolio and M&A team in Moscavide. You will lead end-to-end valuation and deal processes, evaluate investments for multiple business units, and collaborate with senior management and external advisers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in M&A or adjacent corporate finance roles.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Advanced English language communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Engage in origination, negotiation and execution of M&A transactions end-to-end.
• Assist Business Units in evaluating investments and developing partnerships.
• Coordinate and contribute to due diligence with external advisers and internal teams.
• Prepare valuation models and information memoranda for acquisitions/disposals.
• Liaise with senior management and external advisers throughout deals.
