Zumub in Portugal seeks a Strategic Initiatives Manager to report to the CEO and drive critical company projects from planning to completion. You will work closely with department heads and external partners to align efforts with strategic goals and deliver on milestones.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, budget and timeline management, and the ability to produce data-driven insights for strategy formulation.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• MBA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management or business strategy.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work autonomously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
