Azqore, a subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management, is seeking an IT Purchaser to join the Group Procurement team. You will manage IT hardware, software licenses, maintenance contracts, and services across entities in a truly international environment.

You will interact with IT managers, run RFPs, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to cost optimization. The role offers a hybrid work model in Lisbon with competitive benefits, a permanent contract, and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Strong IT procurement experience across hardware, software, licenses and services.
• Ability to interact with IT managers and translate needs into procurement actions.
• Experience in cost control and supplier management within a regulated or banking environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted partner to IT managers and guide procurement processes.
• Manage software licenses, maintenance agreements, and IT purchasing activities.
• Oversee contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments and compliance.
• Run RFP processes in line with Group procurement standards.
• Contribute to cost optimization and performance improvement.
• Maintain and develop supplier base for IT categories.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal to structure contracts.
