Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role in software/tech.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience working with software development teams in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Gather, analyse, and structure requirements for existing products and new initiatives.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, and documentation to support development.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and constraints early in the analysis.
• Support development by clarifying requirements and business context.
• Communicate technical constraints and solution options to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of product, domain, and customer needs.
• Contribute to standardisation of analysis practices and processes.
• Support testing, validation, and rollout of new functionalities.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
