Acolad Finland Oy is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to lead and support tendering activities for public sector tenders and corporate RFPs. You will craft compliant, winning bids and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires English fluency, at least 1 year of bid-related experience, and strong project management skills. Knowledge of language services and Office 365 is a plus. Lisbon, Portugal-based role with potential for cross-geography collaboration.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in bid management, proposal development, or tender management.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, Public Relations, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• Bid management skills in public or corporate sectors.
• Familiarity with interpreting services for public or corporate settings and with technology solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Bid Strategy & Planning: support sales across geographies with tenders and RFPs.
• Bid Writing & Management: craft compliant, persuasive content and manage end-to-end bid process.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: gather inputs from Technology, Operations, Legal/InfoSec; maintain communication.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain reusable content library and ensure data protection standards.
• Post-Bid Activities: support debriefs and track bid outcomes for learning.
