A dynamic retail company in Porto is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead their team and oversee store operations. The successful candidate will have experience in retail management and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities include team development, performance analysis, and visual merchandising. We have our own screen‑printing workshop, Print Guru (El Pulpo), which allows us to control every detail of production and ensure excellent quality. In addition, we manage logistics and distribution internally, optimizing processes and providing an agile response across all our channels.

We are looking to incorporate a Store Manager for our store in Rua das Flores, Porto, with availability for full-time, from the 1st of December. Previous experience in retail management, team leadership, and customer-focused environments will be highly valued. A good level of English is also an advantage.
