What are we looking for?

We are looking to incorporate a Store Manager for our store in Rua das Flores, Porto, with availability for full-time, from the 1st of December. Previous experience in retail management, team leadership, and customer-focused environments will be highly valued. A good level of English is also an advantage.

Main responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Manage scheduling, task delegation, training, and performance follow‑up of the team.
• Analyze store performance, and implement action plans to maximize profitability.
• Ensure optimal stock levels, carry out inventory controls, and coordinate with logistics when needed.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand identity and guidelines.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and incidents, ensuring fast and effective resolution.
• Guarantee proper cash handling, store opening and closing procedures, and operational accuracy.
