Workster is recruiting a Store Manager for a leading car wash and automotive services group with over 25 years of market experience. We are hiring one Store Manager for each location: Colombo, Alfragide, and Cascais.

This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience in store or service management, strong team leadership skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the store/car wash team, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Organize schedules and manage opening/closing procedures.
  • Monitor performance (KPIs) and implement improvement plans.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience, promoting loyalty.
  • Manage stock, orders, and service displays.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
  • Support sales by recommending suitable services to clients.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in store or service management, preferably in retail or automotive services.
  • Strong results and customer satisfaction orientation.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Proficient in IT tools (Office suite and POS systems).
  • Fluent in Portuguese.
  • For Cascais location: fluency in English is required.
  • Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts.
  • Strong organizational and solving skills.
