Altium Limited, part of the Renesas Group, is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to architect resilient cloud-native environments and streamline deployment pipelines from Lisbon. The role focuses on delivering automation and infrastructure excellence through cross-functional collaboration.

Based in Lisbon, the position follows a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence three days a week. You will drive CI/CD improvements, scalable service infrastructure, and mentoring of team members to accelerate

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE environments.
• Strong Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and IaC (Terraform preferred).
• Knowledge of SDLC, microservices, and monitoring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and document work and projects for DevOps initiatives.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation for provisioning and deployments.
• Create a resilient, scalable service infrastructure across regions.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale application services.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across teams.
• Engage in project management and strategic planning activities.
